Dellas Dancing Duchess was an acquisition from Kate Shields, of the Hastening Stud (UK) which is well known for substantial working riding and driving cobs, and producing the dam line of the world famous Grand Prix Section D, North Forks Cardi. Dellas Dancing Duchess’ sire, Desert Moon Apollo was bred by Wendy Borst of Desert Moon Welsh Cobs of TX, also known for producing fabulous riding cobs from imported riding stock.
“Mamma D” has produced seven foals for us here at Quillane Welsh. Her produce is now producing wonderful individuals, possessing her kind demeanor, and class that are easily trainable and successful partners in sport.
Her 2022 colt Quillane Revere by *Nebo Knight Ryder was award Premium at our 2022 Westfalen Inspection with an 8.2
Mamma is in foal to our JR Stallion, Quillane Rival for late July 2024. A filly will be retained, inquiries welcome on a colt option.
